DOWNLOADABLE STL,SVG,JPG files for the TM TCA Detent-Tension Mod

STL,SVG,CAD,PNG,JPEG files for the Detent-Tension Mod for the Thrustmaster TM TCA Quadrant.

*** NOTE ***

The detent plate must be in 3mm Acrylic!  The file is in SVG for laser cutting.

I do not recommend 3D prints for the detents (for now) as I haven't fully tested all available FDA filaments for this application.  So far for those I've tested, they are not as hard and as smooth as acrylics.  They develop scores and mini trenches over a short time and you will loose the effect that this mod is all about.  This may change when I fully test those very hard and smooth types of filaments over long periods of usage.

Use the default TM tension adjustment in conjunction with this mod.  This is not intended to replace the default tension, but to augment it.   For tension adjustments, use the default tensioner screw first before you attempt to tighten the mod ballpoint screws.

2pcs M6x12  Ballpoint grub plunger/screw 

For tension and detent snap adjustments, a 3mm Allen Key
